A Hawai'i team built around your move
Blue Horizon Group, brokered by REAL Broker, LLC, is a Hawai'i real estate team serving O'ahu, Hawai'i Island, and Kaua'i. We help people buy and sell homes across the islands — from first-time buyers finding their footing to families navigating a move, a downsizing, or a sale during divorce or probate.
We believe a real estate team should be measured by one thing: how well you are looked after from the first conversation to the closing table, and after. Clear communication, honest guidance, and no pressure — that is the standard here.
Who we serve:
• Buyers and sellers across O'ahu, Hawai'i Island, and Kaua'i
• Military families and PCS moves — timelines, orders, and VA purchases handled with care
• Relocations to and between the islands
• Divorce sales — Staci holds the CDRE designation (Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert) and handles these sales with neutrality, written agreements up front, and the same updates to both parties
• Probate and estate sales
• Downsizing and first-time homebuyers
Meet the team:
• Staci Wolff — Team Leader | Lic. RS-82566. Staci leads Blue Horizon Group and works with buyers and sellers across the islands, with a focus on divorce, probate, PCS, relocation, downsizing, and first-time buyers. Her promise to every client is simple: you will always know where things stand.
• Skye Andrade — Kaua'i Agent | Lic. RS-84830. Skye was born and raised on Kaua'i, and local clients trust her for exactly that reason. She helps buyers and sellers across the island, including mainland buyers making the move to Kaua'i, with the kind of local knowledge only a lifetime on the island gives.
• Cornelius Vanderkolk — O'ahu Agent | Lic. RS-81513. Cornelius specializes in O'ahu's Windward side, especially Kahalu'u, where he also owns a small cacao farm. He knows Windward neighborhoods the way only someone rooted there does.
• Martina Sormilic — O'ahu & Hawai'i Island Agent | Lic. RS-83078. Martina serves buyers and sellers on O'ahu and Hawai'i Island.
