11-2073 MAKOA RD

Tucked into the forest of Fern Forest Vacation Estates, this vacant lot at 11-2073 Makoa Rd offers seclusion, space, and real growing potential. A forested lot with an old driveway already in place, it is ready for someone who wants to build a life a little off the beaten path. With no power pole nearby, this is a natural fit for solar living and true off-grid independence. The land lends itself to growing fruits and vegetables, whether that means a family food forest or a small farmstead. Located 1.4 miles from Ala Kapena, it is private without feeling cut off from the world. And here is the rare part: the lot next door is also available for sale. Buy both and secure 6 acres all at once, room for a home, gardens, orchards, and breathing space in every direction. Secluded living or farming at its best. Come walk the land and see what it could become.
